Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
You retain access to services until the end of the paid period

Annual Subscriptions

14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase
After 14 days, no refunds for early cancellation
You may cancel anytime, but service continues until the annual period ends
Early cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund

3. Refund Eligibility

If we offer free trials, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged according to the selected plan. Trial periods are not refundable.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
